Water Level: We ask that prior to our arrival that the water level be adjusted to the appropriate level. **Pools that are not up to level upon arrival of our service personnel are subject to an increase in price.**

Solid Mess and Water Bag Covers: Covers must be free of standing water and debris. **Covers that are not clean at the time our service personnel arrives are subject to an increase in price.**

Start Up Chemicals Include: 6lbs of Shock and (6) 3" Chlorine Tabs. All other chemicals will be added as needed at no extra charge. **Should your pool be extremely green we will do what it takes to make it clean and is subject to an increase in price.**

** If you know your pool is missing returns, skimmer baskets, gaskets etc... Please let us know when you call to schedule your opening so we can be sure to have all necessary replacement parts when we arrive.**
